Abel Gonzalez Remains Undefeated By Stopping Alarenz Reynolds
In a light heavyweight battle featuring two undefeated prospects, Abel Gonzalez (7-0, 5KO) ran over Alarenz “TNT” Reynolds (6-1, 3KO) in one round.
If you went to the bathroom, or answered the doorbell, you are coming back to a replay of the fight. Good thing Gonzalez wasn’t getting paid by the hour. He came out throwing hard jabs before finding a home for the right hand.
After landing an overhand right, Gonzalez was awarded a knockdown as TNT’s gloves touched the canvas. Realizing his opponent was badly hurt, the Florida native landed two more right hands that dropped Reynolds like a rock.
As the fight continued, Gonzalez continued to pour on the offense and landed several more right hands before the referee stopped the fight in the first round.
After going two fights without scoring a knockout, Gonzalez starts 2024 on a good note. It was the kind of statement-making performance he needed to create that buzz around his name.
