Daniel Dubois vows to avenge loss to Joe Joyce!
Hard-hitting heavyweight prospect Daniel “Dynamite” Dubois (15-1, 14KOs), who suffered a surprising stoppage loss against unbeaten heavyweight contender Joe “The Juggernaut” Joyce (12-0, 11KOs) back on November, 28 2020, has vowed to avenge that painful first loss!
Daniel Dubois took to his Instagram account to let the boxing world know of his intentions when he returns to the ring!

“November 28, 2020, the first loss of my professional career, a devastating setback for me; the end of a crushing, tough year for everyone. The spread of COVID-19, I refuse to let this set me back. I will come back, get back to my boxing, and iron out all my imperfections. Trust me, I will be back with a vengeance!”
His battle with Joyce was dubbed as a fight that would springboard the winner onto bigger and better fights. Many tabbed the 23-year-old to defeat Joyce by knockout primarily due to skills and power the young fighter possesses. However, it would be the rough and rugged Joyce and his hard-thumping jab that would force Dubois to take a knee and quit in the tenth round. Not only did he lose, but Dubois also suffered a broken left orbital bone as well as nerve damage in the process.
It will be very interesting to see how Dubois looks both physically and mentally in his first fight back. Eye injuries are never easy to come back from, especially knowing you are going to get hit in that area again. It will also be interesting to see if he will actually get a shot to right the wrong that happened against Joe Joyce.
