Gervonta Davis responds to Eddie Hearn and names his price!

Recently things have been getting heated concerning a fight between WBA and IBF junior lightweight champions Gervonta “Tank” Davis and Tevin “American Idol” Farmer respectively.

Farmer’s co-promoter, Eddie Hearn took exception to a comment made about DAZN by Mayweather Promotions CEO Leonard Ellerbe (team Davis) calling it “Dead Zone”.

In an attempt to get the fight made, the British promoter would say to the WBA champion.

“What do you want 6,7,8 million?! Just tell me the number, we’ll pay it.”

The hard punching southpaw responded via social media with a clear cut message.

Gervonta Davis Wants $10 Million to fight Tevin Farmer!

The WBA champion is definitely flexing hard in calling the brash promoters bluff. Now the ball is in their court!

The bigger question is will Hearn be willing to pay that amount? Keep in mind he still needs to account for Farmer’s purse.

The British promoter will have to convince the top brash at DAZN that this fight is worth the high cost.

Hearn has been consistent on wanting to make this fight and it’s abundantly clear he wants it on the DAZN app.

Bottom line, these two guys need to fight! This feud has been playing out in public far too long. Honestly most of those in the boxing community are getting tired of it.

3kingsboxing will continue to monitor this story for further development.
