Elite Prospect Demontaze Duncan Returns October 23 Against Jarrell Murray


Highly regarded welterweight prospect Demontaze Duncan will make his in ring return on October 23rd in Oak Grove, Kentucky. One of the headlining fights on Tri-Star Boxing’s sequel to its Bourbon & Boxing Fight Series at Oak Grove Racing and Gaming.

While Duncan is a promotional free agent the pairing of surging young prospect, and quickly growing promotion were a perfect match for this event.

Duncan had a busy first year in professional boxing. After being ranked #1 at 152lbs in USA Boxing as an amateur, the big puncher from Louisville turned pro in February. Since then he’s been a perfect 4-0 with 4 knockouts, each one more impressive then the next.

The man they call “Juicy” now looks to make it 5-0, and end an incredible rookie year on a high note. Hailing from the West End of Louisville, Duncan has excited 502 fight fans who expect him to carry on the city’s rich boxing tradition.
