Estrada to return against Jaro!
Two-division world champion Juan Francisco Estrada will stay busy when he takes on former world champion Sonny Boy Jaro on November 24.
Jaro (44-14-5, 31KOs), is a 36 year-old a former WBC flyweight champion. He is a tough and experienced veteran who figures to give the two-division champion a good fight. In addition, he is 10-1 in his last eleven fights; scoring a second round TKO victory over Dondon Navarez in his last outing.
As for Estrada, this will be his third fight of 2018. He lost a close majority decision to super flyweight kingpin Sor Rungvisai in February. He then bounced back in scoring a unanimous decision victory over Felipe Orucuta in September.
This is solely looked at as a “stay busy” fight before he collides with Rungvisai in a highly anticipated rematch in the first quarter of 2019.
The fight will take place at Oasis Arena Cancun in Cancun, Mexico.
