Davis v Santa Cruz a done deal!
Leo “El Terremoto” Santa Cruz (37-1-1, 19KOs) will finally get his wish! The four-division world champion will finally get his shot at the unbeaten hard-hitting Gervonta “Tank” Davis (23-0, 22KOs) on October 24 on Showtime PPV. The fight will take place at the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut.
El Terremoto has been calling for a fight with Davis for sometime now, insisting he would be the first one to hand the Baltimore native his first career loss.
Davis will be the favorite heading into this match-up and has a chance to notch the biggest win of his young career. Santa Cruz, on the other hand, will be looking to shock the world with a big upset victory.
