Joe Joyce vs Bryant Jennings in the works for the summer!
3kingsboxing.com has learned of a very interesting potential heavyweight clash that may be happening in July.
Joe Joyce and former world title challenger Bryant Jennings are likely to face each other July 13, as part of the Daniel Dubois vs Nathan Gorman under-card.
If finalized this is a terrific matchup for Joyce who is moving through the rankings at a rapid pace.
For Jennings this gives him an opportunity to redeem himself following a twelfth round stoppage loss to Oscar Rivas in January. It also provides an opportunity to halt the unbeaten Joyce in his tracks.
Jennings who’s shared the ring with Wladimir Klitschko and Luis Ortiz would represent the toughest opponent for to date for the British prospect.
While Joyce has beaten the likes of former champion Bermane Stiverne and long-time contender Alexander Ustinov, the Philly fighter would likely catapult him (as it did for Rivas) to even bigger fights in his young career.
3kingsboxing.com will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as they become available.
