Moruti Mthalane looking to unify at flyweight!
IBF Flyweight Champion Moriti Mthalane (38-2, 25KO) wants to unify with WBC champion Charlie Edwards (15-1, 6KO) for division supremacy!
The 36 year-old South African is coming off his second title defense with a victory over Japanese contender Masayuki Kuroda on May 13. Fresh off that win Mthalane wasted little time clarifying he wants a unification to be his next fight.

The 26 year-old Edwards has defended his title once since his surprising victory over then champion Cristofer Rosales in December 2018. Promoter Eddie Hearn caught wind of the challenge to his fighter and responded quickly saying “Let’s Go!
Both men are free and this fight if it gets made is the very reason why the lower division is on the rise.
