FULTON V KHEGAI

For the program opener, super bantamweight and tough Philly boxer Stephen “Cool Boy” Fulton (17-0, 8 KO’s) tipped the scales to the tune of 122lbs. His undefeated Ukrainian opponent, Arnold “Arni” Khegai (16-0-1, 10 KO’s) came in at a trim 121.8lbs.

HURD V SANTANA

Serving as the co-main event Jarrett “Swift” Hurd (23-1, 16 KO’s) weighed in under regulation at 154.6lbs. While his eager competitor Francisco “Chia” Santana (25-7-1, 12 KO’s) satisfied his contractual obligation by coming in at 155lbs evens. Although they are technically fighting at super welterweight the fight weight for this contest was set at 156lbs.

“I expect the best Jarrett Hurd, you know? That’s what I prepared [for]. That’s what I’m focused [on] and if I need to make adjustments in between rounds I’m going to do so.

“I’m just prepared to go for a hard, crucial 12 rounds.”

Francisco Santana – Super Welterweight Contender

“I have unfinished business, you know? I still have a lot to accomplish at this weight class and I want to become undisputed before I move up. So, that is the goal.”

Jarrett Hurd – Former Unified Super Welterweight Champion

GARCIA V REDKACH

Then in the main event, after stripping down to his birthday suit, Danny “Swift” Garcia (35-2, 21 KO’s) made weight right on the nose at 147lbs. His anxious foe Ivan “El Terrible” Redkach weighed in a few ounces lighter at 146.8.

“I believe in my game plan. I believe in the training camp that we had and that’s why I am going to knock him out because I already visualized it.”

Ivan Redkach – Welterweight Contender

“I love the Barclays Center, New York. Brooklyn, New York has always shown me a lot of love. All my fans from Philly. All my fans from all around the world came here to show me love and atmosphere.

“It’s going to be crazy, I cant wait!

You know, we’re going to go in there and fight the Danny Garcia fight. If he wants to brawl, he can do his thing, but just don’t get too excited because I got two hammers waiting on him!”
