Alex Rincon breaks down Osbaldo Camacho Gonzales for third round TKO!
The 6’2 middleweight southpaw prospect came out as the aggressor as he stalked the shorter Gonzales. Landing punishing shots to the head and body, he set the tempo for the rest of the fight.
At one point, it appeared Rincon was on the verge of stopping the tough but outgunned Gonzales in round one. As the second came around the body work had clearly effected Gonzales who tried to stand and fight but didn’t have anything on his punches to deter Rincon.
Then came round three where it was just an onslaught of punishment from the favorite. He pushed his opponent all-around the ring, hurting him with vicious body shots before finally having the ref jump in and stop the fight.
Rincon improves his record to (5-0, 5KOs). While he needs work on his defense, he has a fan friendly style to go with good power. It’ll be interesting to see how he develops moving forward.
