WBC Orders Ramirez & Prograis To Begin Negotiations

Purse bid ordered if deal can’t be reached

The WBC has just ordered Regis Prograis vs Jose Carlos Ramirez for the WBC Super Lightweight Title. If a deal can’t be reached a purse bid will scheduled for April 27th.

Prograis became the mandatory contender for the title when he beat Julius Indongo by KO in the second round for the interim title.

Ramirez became the champion when he won a unanimous decision over Amir Imam to pick up the vacant title.

Both fighters are undefeated and 3KingsBoxing.com will keep monitoring the situation, and hopefully both sides can come to an agreement.
