Abdullah Mason Runs Through Mike Ohan Jr. in 2 Rounds!
Top lightweight prospect Abdullan Mason (15-0, 13KO) made quick work of Mike “Badman” Ohan Jr. (19-3, 9KO) in two rounds.
From the opening bell, Mason wasn’t playing any games and came out throwing punches with mean intentions. In the first round, he landed power jabs combined with hard body shots before dropping Badman to the canvas with an uppercut.
Although his opponent survived the round, the Ohioan turned up the offense in round two. He landed several painful jabs and then crumbled Ohan with another overhand right. The referee quickly started counting until Ohan’s corner jumped on the ropes to stop the fight. It was another impressive showing by Mason, who continues to prove why he’s considered the future of the division.
It was supposed to be a step-up fight for the undefeated young fighter, but seemed to be an overmatched showdown. After a performance like this, Team Mason may need to fight someone inside the top 15 of the rankings.
