Alycia Baumgardner Targets Katie Taylor, Chantelle Cameron & Amanda Serrano For Her Next Fight!

Undisputed junior lightweight champion Alycia “The Bomb” Baumgardner (15-1, 7KO) continues to make the case that she belongs at the top of the list in woman’s boxing. After avenging her first career defeat, she is ready for a big fight against the other undisputed champions around her weight division for her next fight.

On July 15, The Bomb was inspired to fight in front of the hometown crowd of Detroit and got sweet revenge against the woman that took her ‘0’ in Christina Linardatou.

BAUMGARDNER WANTS THE OTHER UNDISPUTED CHAMPIONS

In the post-fight interview, she wasted no time calling out the names of the other undisputed champions.

“What’s next 135. Katie Taylor, I want you, Chantelle Cameron, and Amanda Serrano. I will continue to defend my titles at 130 because I can do that.”

Alycia Baumgardner – Undisputed Junior Lightweight Champion

Baumgardner has been calling for a showdown with Taylor long before grabbing the undisputed crown. In 2020, she caused an uproar on social media by stating she would beat the undisputed lightweight champion.

When looking at the other names on the list, it stands for good reason why they are on her radar. On May 20, after failing to capture Cameron’s undisputed junior welterweight titles, Taylor quickly called for a rematch. In addition, she may have to put the lightweight undisputed titles on the line in the rematch.

Serrano lost a mega-fight to the Irish woman in April 2022. She is now set to defend the titles in a rematch against Heather Hardy on August 5.

Matchroom Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn is leaning heavily on making Serrano versus Baumgardner. If so, the only question that remains is who’s undisputed titles would be on the line?
