Bob Arum feels Errol Spence knows he can’t beat Terence Crawford!
Head honcho of Top Rank Boxing Bob Arum is not one to hold his tongue. He has yet again stated his feelings towards unified welterweight champion Errol “The Truth” Spence (27-0, 21KOs) when it comes to a potential fight with WBO champion Terence “Bud” Crawford(37-0, 28KOs).

The world continues to wait and hope for a showdown between the two champions to materialize. However, both men have business to handle before they can even entertain the possibility of a high stakes undisputed clash. For Spence, he will be taking on living legend and future Hall Of Famer Manny “Pac Man” Pacquiao (62-7-2, 39KOs) on August 14. Their fight will likely be a unification bout if the WBA reinstates the Filipino fighter as the WBA Super champion.
The opinions on who wins the fight vary, as well as on who is truly the cause of the hold up. Well if you ask Bob Arum, he feel that it’s Spence that knows he can’t beat Crawford. He told fighthype.com the following:
“Forget the Spence thing. I mean Spence knows he can’t beat Crawford and he’s going to go up in weight after the Pacquiao fight, so forget about it. So what’s going to happen is Crawford’s biggest fight out there, as I see it, is going to be Josh Taylor.”
Those are not the words fight fans want to hear from Arum. Be as it may, Crawford is expected to return to the ring on October 23 against an opponent to be determined.
