Keyshawn Davis Is Serious About Hurting Denys Berinchyk
Top lightweight challenger “The Businessman” Keyshawn Davis (12-0, 8KO) is looking to deliver extreme pain onto WBO champion Denys Berinchyk (19-0, 9KO).
Earlier today, The Businessman posted a picture of a box of bananas and a watermelon from Team Berinchyk. The Virginia resident sent a clear message to the WBO champion during the press conference.
“Imma fuck you up Friday. I don’t care about any of your experience or amateur experience, I don’t care about your silver medal. I don’t even care about your watch or belt, none of that. I’m going to fuck you up Friday.”
Davis took to social media with a message to fans.
HE NEEDS TO REMAIN FOCUSED
Davis and Berinchyk have been on a collision course since the Ukrainian won the title in May 2024. In this author’s opinion, he needs to be careful and not allow anger to blind him from fighting intelligently.
Davis is considered the odds-on favorite. His footwork, speed, counter-punching, and punch variation are top-notch. In addition, his ring IQ has grown beyond his number of fights. With the height, reach, and superior boxing skills, Davis can win the fight by boxing at mid-range.
Berinchyk isn’t any pushover, and his high work-rate shouldn’t be overlooked. In the fight against three-division champion Emanuel Navarrete, the Ukrainian won the vacant title by nullifying the Mexican’s power.
Davis will need to control his emotions before stepping in the ring against Berinchyk. Fans can catch all the action live on February 14 on ESPN+.
