Terry Flanagan (33-0,13KO’s) will take on Maurice Hooker (23-0-3,16KO’s) for the vacant WBO Super Lightweight Title.
The fight will be on the under-card of Tyson Fury’s comeback fight at the Manchester Arena in Manchester, England.
Flanagan sat out the rest 2017 due to injuries after defeating Petr Petrov in April of that year.
Hooker was last in the ring in August of 2017 winning a unanimous decision over the unknown Courtney Jackson.
Flanagan opted to move up in weight, vacating his WBO lightweight title in the process. He had a scheduled bout against Felix Verdejo to defend that title but the fight fell through several times due to injuries.
Also announced on the card will be Nathan Gorman (12-0,10KO’s), James Metcalf (17-0,9KO’s), Zelfa Barrett (19-1,12KO’s) against opponents yet to be determined.
