Joshua Inks Huge Deal; Remains With Matchroom

Anthony Joshua re-signs with Hearn’s Matchroom Boxing

Unified IBF, WBO, and WBA world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua (21-0, 20 KOs) has reportedly signed a three year deal with Matchroom boxing for a staggering £100m.

Joshua has an upcoming fight against WBA mandatory challenger Alexander Povetkin on September 22.

He also has a tentative date set for April 13, 2019. As one of the top earners in boxing, this keeps Matchroom among the top promotional companies in the sport.

Further, this boosts the profile of their recently launched DAZN boxing app.

As of now, information on who he will fight next April (assuming he gets past Povetkin) is unavailable.

3kingsboxing.com will provide an updated as that information becomes available.
