Jarrell Miller looks to rekindle his relationship with Eddie Hearn!
Unbeaten but disgraced heavyweight contender Jarrell Miller ran into his former promoter Eddie Hearn backstage during an interview conducted by FightHype at the Devin Haney vs Zaur Abdullaev fight.
Miller proceeded to attempt to mend some fences with his version of an apology for failing multiple drug tests ahead of the Anthony Joshua fight. That scrapped the highly anticipated fight, which paved the way for Andy Ruiz to step in as Miller’s replacement.
“I’m a man, your a man, I always respect what you do even though you bashed me on camera. I still think you’re a great business man and listen man, I still want to come home.”
It’s obvious that Miller who’s currently suspended enjoyed his time with Hearn and enjoyed fighting on DAZN.
However he’s currently in advanced negotiations with Bob Arum and Top Rank on a multi-fight deal.
Yet the feeling I get is that if Hearn elects to give Miller another chance, the outspoken heavyweight most definitely would agree to partner up again and try to right his wrongs; not only professionally but also personally.
Hearn told reporters that he and Miller would talk behind closed doors leaving the possibility that their working relationship can be mended.
We shall see in the coming months how things shake out.
