Nicklaus Flaz Easily Stops Alfredo Escarcega In Four

In a welterweight showdown, Nicklaus “La Bestia” Flaz (13-2, 9KO) looked impressive after scoring a stoppage against Alfredo Escarcega (15-2-1, 7KO).

This fight started with fireworks as Escarcega, who took the fight on short notice, came in landing solid shots early. Yet, La Bestia was up for the challenge and decided to fight fire with fire. With both men throwing hard shots, Flaz attacked the body with relentless aggression.

In round three, the Puerto Rican landed a thunderous shot to the solar plexus that put Escarcega on the canvas. Things didn’t get any better as Flaz fought like a Lion attacking a wounded prey. He went back downstairs with brutal body shots that put the Texan on the canvas for a second time.

After touching the canvas for a second time in the fourth round, Escarcega’s corner had seen enough and threw in the towel. Flaz has been on a tear since his last defeat in 2020 and seems to have found a groove.

It could be time to challenge someone inside the top 15 of the rankings next.
