Osleys Iglesias Makes Quick Work Of Sena Agbeko
Top-rated super middleweight Osleys “El Tornado” Iglesias (12-0, 11KO) scored a sensational second-round stoppage over Sena “African Assassin” Agbeko (28-4, 22KO).
El Tornado proved to be just that as he came out looking to put the hurt on Agbeko early. Landing hard jabs followed by hooks to the head that dropped the African Assassin, Iglesias was in attack mode.
Going into the second round, he went into full beast mode and jumped on Agbeko with blistering punches. With his opponent stumbling to the corner, Iglesias landed several unanswered shots, forcing the referee to stop the fight.
An emotional Iglesias yelled in unison with the home crowd in Canada. This was another impressive victory for the Cuban, who is within an eyeshot of a title fight being ranked #5 by the WBC.
With David Benavidez and David Morrell gone, the super middleweight division is filled with new faces. Iglesias could be gearing up for a big fight in 2025.
