Love And Easter Quickly Disavow Broner’s Story
Junior welterweight Montana “Too Pretty” Love (18-2-1, 9KO) and former lightweight champion Robert “Bunny” Easter Jr. (23-1-1, 14KO) quickly distanced themselves for Adrien “The Problem” Broner’s accusations. The two fighters made it clear they never had any relations with undisputed lightweight champion Alycia “The Bomb” Baumgardner.
In something of a flash flood social media post, four-division world champion Broner (35-4-1, 24 KO’s) carpet bombed Baumgardner’s (15-1, 7 KO’s) alleged past. The air raid was instigated when Baumgardner and Bill Haney recently disparaged his bank account.
After going to social media themselves, the manager and chief second to two-division champion Devin Haney repeatedly said with much joviality that The Problem’s bank account was pointing to E. As a result, Broner released his fury live on social media for the world to see.
WASN’T THERE, IT WASN’T ME!!
During the course of the blitz attack, The Problem went a step further than just merely accusing Baumgardner of speedily extending sexual favors about town. Apparently trying to put a stamp on his claims, Broner named several names of alleged conquerors. Two of which are fellow Ohio fighters, Love and Easter.
Unsurprisingly though, Too Pretty quickly took to Twitter to deny and distance himself from the situation. Bunny did the same with a picture of Bill Clinton’s famous statement denying having sexual relations with Monica Lewinski.
BUT WHAT NOW?
Broner, ranked #8 (WBA) and#12 (WBC), was involved in a heated exchanged with Haney prior to attacking The Bomb. Even with the favorable rankings, The Problem left a whole lot to be desired in his last duel versus Bill Hutchinson. Meanwhile, Baumgardner looked good testing her might against Christina Linardatou in the rematch on July 15, 2023.
In wake the victory, she was flagged for PED’s and has since been cleared of any wrong doing by the WBC. Broner’s antic used to be entertaining in the past. However, his latest outburst has received negative responses within the boxing community.
