Ryan Garcia Wants to Land a Fight with George Kambosos

Unified lightweight champion George “Ferocious” Kambosos (20-0, 10 KO’s) is the hottest ticket in the division right now with the majority of the belts. Although, he is linked to a possible fight with WBC champion Devin “The Dream” Haney (27-0, 15 KO’s) to fight for true undisputed. That still has not kept former WBC Interim champion Ryan “King Ry” Garcia (21-0, 18 KO’s) from inviting himself to the party.

Kambosos has been riding the wave of success since upsetting Teofimo Lopez back on November 27. Moreover, he wants to cash in on this newfound fame while things are still hot. Despite acknowledging that a fight with Haney is on the books, he took to social media asking fans who did they want to see him fight next.

“Haney, Lomachenko, Tank, Garcia??? Whose Next!!! I want them all [stadium in Australia] Who do the great fans want to see me defend my crown against in 2022.”

THE TWEET THAT STARTED IT ALL

King Ry is looking to make a comeback after being out of the ring dealing with mental health issues. It seems he is intent on aiming straight for the top, and recently took to social media with a post that kicked off a serious exchange of words with Kambosos.
