Errol Spence Calls Out Terence Crawford!
Errol “The Truth” Spence (28-0, 22KOs) made yet another successful comeback from injury. After being set to face Manny Pacquiao last August, those plans would be derailed by a detached retina. Ugas would step in and shock Pacquiao to become the WBA 147-pound champion. Following the upset, Spence immediately turned his attention to the Cuban fighter.
After months and months of preparation, Spence unleashed a beatdown on Ugas! The punishment Spence dished out caused the ringside doctor to mercifully stop the bout. With the decision, The Truth became the new owner of the WBA belt.
I’M COMING FOR THAT BELT!
Everybody knew that if Spence won like most predicted, the attention would immediately turn to WBO 147-pound champion Terence “Bud” Crawford (38-0, 29KOs). These two great fighters have been linked to each other for the last four years, with fans and boxing pundits desperately craving a matchup between the two. Both men have gone back and forth in interviews and throughout social media, trading shots to no avail. However, Spence finally let it be known that it’s Crawford and his WBO belt that he wants next!
“Everybody knows what I want! I want Crawford next! I got these straps, now I’m coming to take his shit too!”
“Terence Crawford, I’m coming for that motherfucking belt!”
With Crawford no longer aligned with Top Rank or any promotional company for that matter, the time is now to make the Spence vs Crawford undisputed 147-pound title matchup!

Crawford took to his social media to extend congratulations to Spence on his win, but also warned him that he’s coming for those belts later in the year! With seemingly no more obstacles left, the powers that be need to go all out to ensure this mega fight gets done!
