Yordan vs Crolla Set For November 10

Anthony Crolla vs. Daud Yordan on the Usyk – Bellew Undercard?

3kingsboxing.com previously published an article about the possibility of featherweight world title challenger Daud Yordan (38-3, 26 KO’s) fighting Jorge Linares in November for the WBA “Regular” Lightweight title. We now have an update on that situation. Linares will fight Abner Cotto on September 29, therefore, a Yordan – Linares bout will not take place. Instead, another opportunity may be on the cards for Yordan.

According to British boxing sources, there is a possibility that Yordan may be an opponent for former WBA Lightweight Champion Anthony Crolla (33-6-3, 13 KOs). A possible Crolla – Yordan fight would be on the undercard of the Usyk – Bellew bout on November 10 in Manchester, England.

There are conflicting reports as to whether this fight would be a title bout or a world title eliminator.

What’s agreed on is that the victor would meet the winner of the upcoming lightweight unification bout between champions Vasyl Lomachenko and Jose Pedraza. As always, 3KingsBoxing will keep you updated on any further developments.
