Broner is a no show for VADA test

Adrien Broner was once known for being one of the most talented boxers in the sport. Now he is more of an infamous figure for his outside-the-ring antics.

The four-division champion from Cincinnati, Ohio has had more than his fair share of ups and downs.

The most recent is a report from the WBC of a missed scheduled VADA test. This is all part of the “Clean Boxing Program” that requires every fighter ranked in the top 15 by the WBC to participate.

Currently in Florida, he failed to update the organization of his whereabouts. This is reportedly the cause for the missed test.

Although he isn’t scheduled to fight anyone, the WBC could still remove him from the rankings until this matter is resolved.

In the past, we have seen other fighters being reinstated once they have fulfilled this obligation.

Most recently, Kell Brook was briefly removed then reinstated in the rankings when he entered the program in July.
