Jermall Charlo has a message for both Canelo and Jacobs!

Undefeated WBC Interim middleweight champion Jermall Charlo has been looking to face any of the bigger names in the division. Since moving up from junior middleweight, he hasn’t been able to draw action in one of the hottest division in boxing.

As it stands right now, the hard-punching fighter from Texas is the mandatory challenger for the WBC title; a position he maintained with a hard fought victory over former world champion contender Matt Korobov.

After leaving the Gervonta Davis vs Hugo Ruiz bout, Charlo yelled back at the fans from a car window.

“I want Canelo next, give me Jacobs, I’ll take both of them.”

It’s worth noting that things once got heated with Jacobs in March 2018. The altercation happened while both men attended the Deontay Wilder vs Luis Ortiz bout at the Barclays Center.

Abel Sanchez even once gave his thoughts about Charlo, stating he needed to do more before challenging then unified champion Gennady Golovkin.

The 28 year-old fighter will have to wait a little longer, with both Canelo and Jacobs scheduled to face each other May 4.

Another roadblock that could prevent a fight with either is they both fight on the DAZN platform. Charlo will eventually get a chance, but he will have to keep winning in style in order to remain relevant.
