The Size Of Your Success Is Determined By The Size Of Your Effort

Christopher Diaz, from Barranquitas, Puerto Rico, this young gladiator is not waiting for the spotlight. With a country and world title motivating him. “Pitufo” is here to make noise. Turning pro just over 4 years ago, Diaz has been extremely active in this short time with a record of now 22-0-0 with 14 wins via KO. Recognizing he still has a lot of work ahead of him Diaz is totally conscious of everything needed to be a World Champion. His Puerto Rican pride has native fans in awe of the possibilities.

This past weekend we approached the much anticipated bout of the year, Diaz was on this prestigious event’s undercard. Ready and poised to seize the moment, Diaz let it be known that this night meant everything for him. Casey Ramos who was originally scheduled to fight Diaz withdrew from the bout for undisclosed reasons. Bryant Cruz of Port Chester New York would fill the void on short notice. They would be battling for the WBO NABO Super Featherweight Title. We all tuned in and witnessed the talent and explosive power displayed by Diaz which lead him to a 3rd round win via TKO.

With humble emotions flowing Christopher made it known he is a serious competitor and far from a prospect. His performance confirmed just that, training and fighting till he has a world title around his waist.

Is this Puerto Rico’s next star? We will all have to tune in as this young man continues to progress and one day reach his goal of being a World Champion.

Puerto Rico may indeed have something to look forward to.
