Foster Has Plenty Of Options After Fulton Victory
WBC super featherweight and interim lightweight champion O’Shaquie “Ice Water” Foster outclassed Stephen Fulton en route to a commanding UD victory. Following a rather contentious build to the action, Ice Water took control of the duel quickly and never lost his footing.
With the win, Foster now has options as he holds hardware in two divisions. At lightweight, he is just beneath the standing of WBC 135-pound champion Shakur Stevenson. At the moment, Stevenson is slated to test his might against WBO super lightweight champion Teofimo “The Takeover” Lopez on January 31, 2026.
Back down at super featherweight, Foster has fellow champions Emanuel Navarrete (WBO), Eduardo Nunez (IBF) and Lamont Roach (WBA). Roach is testing the waters in lightweight in a prizefight with interim WBC super lightweight champion Issac Cruz. Unfortunately, Navarrate and Nunez have a February 28, 2026, dance date with one another, which seemingly freezes him out of any unifications in the immediate future. So let’s see what Team Foster can drum up in this current gridlock.
