Anthony Joshua vs Jarrell Miller to be streamed on DAZN from Madison Square Garden on June 1
3kingsboxing.com has learned that unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua and top contender Jarrell Miller have come to terms for a fight in the summer!
Miller, a native New Yorker, has been eagerly awaiting a title opportunity. The boisterous contender will have the home advantage with the fight taking place in his backyard.
Joshua, who’s coming off a sixth round knockout victory of Alexander Povetkin in September, will be making his US debut.
This leaves the question, “what about Dillian Whyte?” Well, as 3kingsboxing.com reported previously, he has been in talks to join PBC with his first bout to be against Dominic Brezeale. There is no agreement on the terms at the moment. However, it is a popular belief throughout the boxing media.
UPDATE: 2/13/2019 The WBC has ordered Dillian Whyte vs Dominic Breazeale to take place April 20 for the interim title!
Joshua vs Miller will no doubt provide fireworks as both men have a genuine dislike for each other. Expect fireworks in New York on June 1!
