Miller will make his debut on DAZN vs Szpilka.
Jarrell Miller (21-0-1, 18KO) is likely to return to the ring on October 6 in Chicago against Artur Szpilka (21-3, 15KO).
At the DAZN press conference in New York, Miller got into a war of words with heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua. Many believe that altercation was promotion for a possible fight in the U.S. against Miller in April next year.
If his comments are anything to go by, Miller is clearly expecting an easy night against Szpilka. Regarding the match-up, he had this to say:
“I’m definitely gonna knock his ass out. I need a good knockout right now. I need to continue to be dominant and keep moving forward. That’s it.”
Miller is coming off of a unanimous decision win over Johann Duhaupas.
Szpilka suffered a setback in losing by knockout to prospect Adam Kownacki last July. He has since rebounded with a win over veteran Dominick Guinn in May.
