Moses Itauma Pockets an Early Stoppage Over Demsey McKean
In his latest test of might, heavyweight contender Moses “Enrinko Itauma” Itauma (11-0, 9 KO’s) brutally dissolved Demsey “The Tower” McKean (22-2, 14 KO’s) in brisk fashion. For his fourth bout of the year, the nineteen-year-old specimen took a short amount of time to feel out McKean’s speed and range before going into action.
While he was quantifying this data, Itauma seamlessly slipped under The Tower’s guard and kept his feet turning. Once a bit more sure of the situation, Itauma went on a serious attack and first clipped McKean with a overhand right high, really on the back of the head, that put him down. The Tower stumbled and fell before making it to his feet.
Moments later, Itauma clobbered him with essentially the same punch. This time the blow landed flush on the chin and sank McKean to the canvas again. On the floor, the tall man was having a devil of a time untangling his legs and the bout was waved off by referee Bob Williams. This was an excellent win for Itauma, ranked #6 (WBO) and #14 (IBF), who should enjoy a bright 2025.
