Tommy Coyle drops then decisions Ryan Kielczweski
In the opening stanza both men came out looking to establish their jabs which led to very little action.
There was an uptick in action after the first round as both men elected to make it a phone booth type of fight. The next few rounds were a seesaw battle of back and fourth action.
In round seven we saw Coyle drop Kielczweski with a left hook to the temple. The British fighter jumped on his opponent throwing a flurry of punches in an attempt to finish him. However, the Massachusetts native was able to survive the round.
After a big seventh round, Coyle’s activity dropped in the latter rounds. Moreover, Kielczweski was able to outwork his opponent seemingly taking those rounds.
Coyle closed out the round electing to stick and move to avoid disaster in a fight his corner felt he was comfortably winning.
The former Commonwealth champion was crowned the winner via unanimous decision the scores read 99-90, 98-91, 96-93,
