Ibraheem Sulaimaan Dominates Ibrahim Nadim in Title Bout
In his latest tour of duty, super featherweight fighter Ibraheem “Spider” Sulaimaan (11-0, 5 KO’s) defeated Ibrahim “Ibby” Nadim (16-2, 2 KO’s) by way of unanimous decision. When the score was unveiled, Spider prevailed to the tune of 100-90 (twice) and 98-92. Sulaimaan, the highly revered prospect, is currently making his bones under the wing of Matchroom Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn.
Now, while showing immense potential, Sulaimaan is still cutting his teeth. Going a step further, Spider has yet to venture outside of his UK backyard and test his might with more skilled international opposition. This is highlighted to say that Sulaimaan still has a bit more grooming to undergo before he can reasonably be expected to jump up in difficulty.
To his credit, at this early outset of his career, the duel with Nadim held the BBBofC English super featherweight title on the line. Naturally, Sulaimaan collected the title with the spoils of this victory. Now, let’s see when Spider scuttles back in the ring.
