Guillermo Rigondeaux teases a major signing!
After splitting with Roc Nation, former super bantamweight champion Guillermo Rigondeaux is ready to return.
We haven’t seen or heard much from him since his outing against Vasyl Lomachenko in December of last year. After losing every round, he threw in the towel after the sixth citing a “hand injury”.
As of now, he teases that he’s close to signing with a big name promoter. By his own admission, this will keep him active. Eddie Hearn has already came out and stated he wasn’t going to sign him.
That leaves many to believe that he’ll end up signing with powerful advisor Al Haymon.
