Ryan Garcia Adds Racism To His List Of Optional Controversies

In the ever regrettable saga of spiraling junior welterweight “King Ry” Ryan Garcia (24-1, 20 KO’s), he now has slid blatant racism into his endless river of obscenities. In his latest offensive Twitter outburst, Garcia, for some odd reason, randomly posted: “I love niggas.” Then, apparently when receiving backlash for his statement, he attempted to justify the claim and became more offensive by stating that “nighas are sending nighas to the ER.”

Next, King Ry doubled down on the slander by saying he was raped by some unnamed black man. Unsurprisingly, Garcia has deleted some of these posts and will likely delete them all when all is said and done. Sadly, this is all very typical behavior for Garcia, as of late.

CAN’T MAKE THIS STUFF UP

When it was announced that Garcia was going to face WBC 140-pound champion Devin Haney in the ring, King Ry began a 24/7 social media campaign of vulgarity and down right lunacy. Back then, he and his supporters claimed that he was doing it to troll Haney and get inside his head. Yet, now that we are almost three full months past that duel, where he came in overweight and was popped for PED’s, King Ry has yet to stop.

For example, he has regularly talked about a family member raping him as a baby which has lead to his self-assigned mission “to save the children.” Yet, at the same time he chose to try his hand at comedian along aside comedian Chris D’Elia, who is currently under fire for allegedly sexually harassing underage girls.

THE BOY WHO CRIED WOLF…AGAIN…AND AGAIN…AND AGAIN…

In the end, this is just another shameful act of an athlete that, for all intents and purposes, appears to be in desperate need of professional counseling and psychiatric care. And if this current racial tirade goes the route that his antics usually do, once facing meaningful consequences, he will tuck his tail, apologize and say he was just joshing all along.

Yet, Garcia just can’t seem to learn the lesson that you can’t say just anything that you want and hide behind the “I was trolling” excuse. While many are not official, it appears that numerous lawsuits have been levied against King Ry, already. So perhaps his mounting legal fees will teach him better than public disgust can. In the end though, only time will tell where his runaway train that Ryan Garcia has become will finally stop.
