Vasiliy (Vasyl) “Hi-Tech” Lomachenko is a Ukrainian boxer campaigning in the Lightweight division. He has held the WBO title at featherweight, junior lightweight and lightweight.
He is also a unified champion at lightweight holding the WBA, WBO and named the WBC Franchise Champion simultaneously.
He is regarded as one of the greatest amateur fighters ever as he won two Olympic Gold medals with a record of 396-1.
Additionally, he is seen as one of the more exciting fighters to watch and is arguably the best active fighter in the sport along side Terence Crawford and Canelo Alvarez.
