Tiara Brown Proves Ready for Amanda Serrano After Dominating Hannah Rapp
WBC featherweight champion Tiara “The Dark Menace” Brown (21-0, 11KO) successfully defended the title against Hannah Rapp (8-1-1, 5KO). With this win in the books, it’s time to go looking for a major showdown against unified champion Amanda “The Real Deal” Serrano (49-4-1, 32KO).
After a slow start that saw her get hit by some nice right hands, The Dark Menace turned up the pressure with hard counter shots. The champion stalked the challenger from corner to corner, landing uppercuts and body shots. Brown grew stronger as the fight went on, even busting open Rapp’s right eye. The challenger never quit and fought strong, but the champion finished strong in front of the home crowd.
All three judges agreed Brown was the obvious winner. With this win, it’s time to go looking for a blockbuster unification against Serrano. This would be an epic event as both champions are high-volume punchers. The tough, come-forward, up-close fighting style of Brown goes well with Serrano’s all-out aggressive style. This is the only fight that MVP Promotions needs to make a top priority.
