The boxing world continues to talk about the incredible battle that crowned an undisputed heavyweight champion for the first time in over 25 years. Usyk staged an unbelievable comeback in the championship rounds that almost resulted in two-time champion Tyson Fury getting stopped.
In the end, the Ukrainian got a split-decision victory as both men expressed that a rematch would be next.. With the fight in the books, the next topic that will dominate the conversation is whether Uysk deserves the #1 pound for pound honors.

Right now, the man who sits at the top of most lists is Bud. He remained on top despite two-division undisputed champion Naoya Inoue’s performance against dangerous puncher Luis Nery. However, the Nebraskan took to social media, stating to have no problem stepping aside for Usyk.
“Man, y’all better put some respect on @usykaa man. He a candidate for the #1 P4P fighter in the world. I’m no hater. He beat the man that beat the man in a bigger division, giving what he’s already done. Salute, brother!”
Crawford’s sentiments will be echoed throughout the boxing community over the next several days. If they haven’t already done it, many pundits and fans will undoubtedly update their list with Usyk on top. The 3Kings Top 10 has Usyk placed in the #1 spot.
Usyk, who is also a two-division undisputed champion, sits atop the throne of the heavyweight division and the sport overall.
