WBO title fight in jeopardy.
Middleweight titlist Billy Joe Saunders has failed a VADA drug screen putting his October 20th title defense in jeopardy.
Saunders had already been under intense scrutiny for a video that surfaced of him soliciting a prostitute with drugs.
The prohibited drug found during testing is Oxilofrine. This is used to increase levels of adrenaline and helps to oxygenate the blood better.
As of now, no decision has been made about the Andrade bout but an official statement will be available shortly.
