Tyson “The Gypsy King” Fury is a British boxer campaigning in the Heavyweight division. He became a lineal and unified champion at heavyweight simultaneously holding the IBF, WBA and WBO titles.
He won this achievement after ending Wladimir Klitschko’s reign as champion for 12 years with 25 title bout wins on November 28, 2015. Shortly after, out of the ring issues forced Fury to retire and go on a three-year hiatus before returning to the ring in June of 2018.
His knockout win over Deontay Wilder, who was attempting his eleventh WBC title defense on February 22, 2020 is regarded as one of the most gratifying wins of his career.
