Seventeen year old Welterweight prospect Xander Zayas (4-0, 3KOs) talks about how he’s dealing with the sport being temporarily grounded as a result of the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic and continuing the storied tradition of Puerto Rican boxing. In addition, he gives his professional take on former WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder’s shocking knockout loss to Tyson Fury on February 22.
When he signed with Top Rank in March of 2019, he became the youngest fighter ever to be signed by the promotional company at 16 years old, surpassing the previously youngest prospect signed, Gabriel Flores Jr!
