Circa 1993 – Then IBF super middleweight champion James Toney talked PURE SMACK to both WBC champion Nigel Benn and WBO champion Chris Eubank Sr. This was in advance of the unified bout between the British fighters. Although, the fight ended in a draw and neither man lost their belts, a fight with the IBF champ NEVER materialized.
