Conner Benn set to return in October.

The newly crowned WBA welterweight continental champion will return October 27 in London.

Benn is coming off of a more decisive victory against Cedrick Peynaud in their rematch from last December. An opponent has yet to be announced, but its expected that Benn will be one of four title fights on the card that’s being planned by Matchroom Boxing Promoter Eddie Hearn.

Ted Cheeseman will also appear on the card. He will take on Asinia Byfield for the vacant British super-welterweight title. Also, Ryan Doyle will make the first defence of his Commonwealth featherweight title against undefeated talent Jordan Gill. Ryan Walsh and Isaac Lowe will fight in a rematch for the former’s British title at 126 pounds.
