Josh Taylor Makes Extremely Easy Work of Apinan Khongsong!
Unified junior welterweight champion Josh Taylor (17-0, 13KOs) made absolutely quick work of mandatory challenger Apinan Khongsong in one round!
Looking to set up a undisputed showdown with fellow unified champion Jose Ramirez, Taylor showed why many proclaim him as the best in the division.
After a couple right hands thrown by Khongsong, the champ pressed forward throwing a thumping left hand to the body of his Thai challenger. A delayed reaction preceded the overmatched fighter crumbling down to the canvas in immense pain!

With this fight now out of the way, there’s only one left that remains for Taylor before a presumed move to 147. The clash with Ramirez for all of the belts at 140!
