Devin Haney Hits Back At Bob Arum for Claiming Vasyl Lomachenko Won
Undisputed lightweight champion Devin “The Dream” Haney (30-0, 15KO) responded to a video that has gone viral of Top Rank CEO Bob Arum saying three-divisional champion Lomachenko (17-3, 11KO) easily won the fight. Moreover, he shot down rumors that he may have resigned with Top Rank.

HANEY RESPONDS TO ARUM AND RUMORS OF RESIGNING
Well, the undisputed champion wasn’t going to let that go without answering, and his response can be a sign he is playing into the suggested undisputed villain persona.
It is a well-known fact that Haney would be a free agent after fighting the Ukrainian. Arum was hoping to re-sign The Dream with a shot at the winner between WBO junior welterweight champion Josh Taylor-Teofimo Lopez.
Retired fighter Paul Malignaggi hinted that Haney had rejoined the ranks of Top Rank days before the Loma fight. Well, the undisputed champion killed that rumor when asked on social media if it was true.
It can almost be assured that after this statement by Arum, The Dream may hesitate to re-sign. It will depend on what direction he wants to take in his career.
As fans, fighters, and pundits continue to chime in on the decision from the Vasyl Lomachenko bout, Haney could be defending the results for the next couple of months.
