Omar Figueroa Attacks Adrien Broner for Lying About Mental Health!
Four-division champion Adrien “The Problem” Broner (34-4-1, 24KO) pulled out of the welterweight fight with former WBC lightweight champion Omar Figueroa (28-2-1, 19KO). By his claim, mental illness was the root of the problem. However, Figueroa is not buying the mental illness excuse.
It is no secret that Broner lives a somewhat chaotic lifestyle. However, he promised a career change again and claimed he was training his ass off. Then social media was thrown into a frenzy when Broner’s announcement hit of him pulling out of the fight. All is not lost, as the fight will continue with former IBF junior welterweight champion Sergey Lipinets as a replacement.

CALLING BS ON BRONER’S EXCUSE
Figueroa is not buying the mental illness excuse as the truth on why The Problem pulled out. The former champion believes that the past of Broner being undisciplined in camp is the true reason for the decision.
Frustrated and not surprised by the news, Figueroa took to social media calling Broner to task on the truth. Furthermore, he revealed why Lipinets received replacement honors so quickly.
Figueroa was only getting started as he went back on social media and doubled down.
