Regis Prograis Plans To Pick Off Every Challenger Coming His Way!

Two-time junior welterweight champion Regis “Rougarou” Prograis (28-1, 24KO) has been getting called out more than usual. This prompted him to issue a message to everyone that their turn would come.

The junior welterweight division is heating up with new faces now that there is no longer an undisputed champion. Rougarou is a familiar, longstanding face in the division. On November 26, 2022, his dominating victory over three-time title challenger Jose Zepeda pushed him to the top of the list as one of the best fighters in the division.

PROGRAIS HAS SOME NAMES TO ADD TO THE HIT LIST

Prograis’s name is getting dropped by some well-known fighters in the sport. There is one-time lightweight title challenger Isaac Cruz Jr, whose father, Cruz Sr, expressed interest in fighting the current WBC champion.

Top contender Arnold Barboza Jr, during an interview with the WBC, has also made it clear that the Texas champion is on his list for a fight. Recently, undefeated rising prospect Richardson Hitchins took to social media to let the champion know that he’s coming as well.

Rougarou is currently looking to seal a fight with one-time title challenger Jack Catterall. However, he wants everyone mentioning his name to know they have been added to the hit list.
