Errol Spence and Terence Crawford Announce The Fight for Undisputed


Unified champion Errol “The Truth” Spence (28-0, 22KO) and WBO champion Terence “Bud” Crawford (39-0, 30KO) puts boxing fans at ease after officially announcing the fight for undisputed.

Boxing fans had several reasons to be extremely skeptical when ESPN revealed the undisputed showdown featuring The Truth versus Bud was a go for July 29. In 2022, fans witnessed the fight collapse after being told things were in place to make the fight in November.

In addition, the news constantly gave updates about the fight with a different date but never anything concrete. Well, the boxing community can breathe easy as both champions have taken to social media publicly confirming the fight is a go for July 29.

CRAWFORD AND SPENCE CONFIRMATION THE FIGHT!

Crawford took to his Instagram account with a message inviting the fans to come out and show support.

“What’s up everybody. The wait is over its game time. Errol Spence and Terence Crawford July 29, Las Vegas, Nevada. Everybody come out to show support and watch me fry this fish.”

Spence posted a picture of him standing over a falling Crawford while promoting their fight.

This is the biggest fight in boxing that fans have been waiting to see for years. It is this generation’s version of the 1981 classic showdown between Hall of Fame inductees Sugar Ray Leonard and Thomas Hearn.

Things will get intense as pundits and boxing fans start debating over who will win, and why, over the next couple of months.
